Boost Wellbeing began in 2023.

Founder Mike Batisto was facing burnout after growing a successful construction company. Even with great success, he was unhappy at work, unable to appreciate time with family and friends, and struggled with managing constant anxiety. 

As an avid advocate of maintaining a healthy and well-rounded lifestyle, he knew big changes were needed. He implemented those changes and now shares his solutions with others. 

Mike created a support team of nutritionists, medical professionals, strength coaches, and mental health experts to help change his lifestyle. As he met with fellow entrepreneurs and busy professionals, the issues were universal.

From dealing with constant communication via social media and text messaging to poor sleep and fast eating, it was clear that personalized solutions for overall wellbeing are necessary. 

The solutions we provide are intended to help you manage your physical and mental wellness, regardless of your everyday stressors and any new issues you will inevitably face.
